Projections are that Home Sales Will Continue to Rise in 2020

While the future remains unwritten, the experts gather data to provide the best possible guess regarding the next year. In Housing that means Freddie MacFannie Maeand the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).   These entities are all projecting national home sales will continue to increase nicely in 2020.

The predictions are in from Freddie MacFannie Mae, and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Experts in each of these organizations believe homes sales will continue to increase steadily over the next year. If you own a home and are trying to determine the best time to sell, now may be the best time to put it on the market.
